MilashaTV Web Player (“MilashaTV Web Player,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the MilashaTV Web Player, a browser-based media player and playlist manager available at milashatv.com, together with prepaid access periods, the free trial, and account tools (collectively, the “Services”).

Account information: your name, email address, and a password (which is stored only in an encrypted, hashed form - we never see your plain password).
Verification data: the one-time codes used to verify your email address.
Language preference: your chosen interface language.
Support communications: the messages you send us through in-app support or email, and our replies.
Age and content confirmations: your acknowledgement that you meet the minimum age required to hold an account, and any parental-control PIN you set (stored in hashed form).

3. Payment Information

Payments are processed by PayPal. Each purchase is a single, one-time payment for a fixed access period - we do not run recurring subscriptions and we do not store your card number, CVC, or PayPal password. Your payment details are collected and held by PayPal, not by us.

From PayPal we receive and keep only what is needed to record and support each payment: an order or transaction identifier, the amount and currency charged, and its status (such as completed, held, or refunded). For the free trial, PayPal places a temporary hold on your payment method rather than charging it immediately; we receive confirmation of that hold and of what happens to it - collected or released - never your card details.

4. Information Collected Automatically

Technical data: your IP address, browser type, device and operating-system information, and general usage activity.
Service logs: sign-in activity, stream-access logs, last-active time, and security logs used to operate and protect the Services.
Account security signals: the IP address associated with your sign-up and sign-in activity, used to secure accounts and help prevent abuse.
Cookies: a session cookie that keeps you signed in and remembers your language choice. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

5. How We Use Your Information

We use the information above to:

create and manage your account and provide access to the packages you select;
process one-time payments and the free trial, including its cancellation, through PayPal;
verify your email and, where required, that you meet the minimum age to access certain content;
prevent fraud and abuse, including repeated free-trial claims and account sharing;
send you transactional messages (such as verification codes, password resets, and support replies) in your chosen language;
troubleshoot streaming issues and improve the Services;
enforce our Terms of Use and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not serve our own advertising or use advertising trackers in the Services. Sources you supply may carry advertising that belongs to those sources and is outside our control, as described in our Terms of Use.

6. How We Share Information

We share information only as needed to operate the Services, including with:

PayPal, to process payments and the free trial hold;
our email provider, to deliver verification, password-reset, and support emails;
our hosting and infrastructure providers, which store and serve the Services;
authorities or third parties where we are required to do so by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of MilashaTV Web Player and its users.

These providers may process your information under their own terms and privacy policies.

7. Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services, meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Payment and trial records may be retained after an account is closed, as needed for accounting, tax and fraud-prevention purposes. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

8. Your Choices and Rights

You can review and update your account information from your account settings, and you can change your language preference at any time. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may ask to close your account, by contacting us (see “Contact Us” below). Some information may be retained where we are required or permitted to keep it, such as for billing records or fraud prevention.
