Acceptable Use Policy

Effective as of October 28, 2026

In short

We sell a player. You supply what it plays, and you are responsible for having the right to play it. Do not use the player for anything unlawful, do not share your account, and do not attack the service or anyone else through it.

1. What this policy covers

This policy applies to everyone who uses MilashaTV Web Player. It sits alongside our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Breaching it can cost you your account, with no refund for the remainder of the period.

2. The content is yours, and so is the responsibility

MilashaTV Web Player does not include, host, supply, index or resell any channels, films, series or playlists. It reads addresses that you provide and plays what is at the other end of them. Your browser fetches the media directly from your provider; it does not pass through our servers.

By using the player you confirm that:

  • You have the legal right to access and view everything in the playlists you supply.
  • You obtained those playlists lawfully, from a provider entitled to give them to you.
  • You will not use the player to access, copy, record, redistribute or publicly perform material you do not have the right to.

We do not monitor what you watch and we are not in a position to police your provider. That is precisely why the responsibility sits with you.

3. Your account is yours alone

Accounts are for one person and the household they live in. You may not:

  • Share your login with people outside your household, or sell, rent or transfer your account.
  • Run the player from more devices at once than your plan allows. Every plan includes one device; additional devices can be added, up to 3 in total.
  • Operate multiple accounts to get round a device limit, a trial limit or a suspension.
  • Use the same account to serve an office, a venue, a bar, a hotel or any other commercial premises. This is a personal player, not a commercial redistribution system.

4. Things you must not do to the service

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile or tamper with the player, or try to extract credentials, tokens or keys from it.
  • Circumvent device limits, the adult-content gate, parental controls, authentication, billing or any other restriction.
  • Scrape, crawl or automate the service, or run bots against it.
  • Attack it - denial of service, injection, credential stuffing, probing for vulnerabilities, or any attempt to reach another user's account or data.
  • Use it to distribute malware, or as a relay for anything harmful.
  • Resell access to the player, or present it as your own product.

5. Adult content and minors

Playlists sometimes carry adult material. The player provides an adult-content gate and a PIN-protected parental control, and you are responsible for using them. You must not allow a minor to use your account to reach adult material, and you must not use the service to access, store or distribute material involving the sexual exploitation of children - which we report to the authorities without notice and without exception.

6. Security, honestly stated

Keep your password to yourself and tell us promptly if you think your account has been used by someone else. If you find a security flaw, please report it through the contact page rather than demonstrating it on other users - we would much rather hear about it from you first.

7. What happens if you breach this policy

Depending on what happened and how serious it is, we may:

  • Ask you to stop.
  • Suspend the account while we look into it.
  • Close the account permanently, with no refund for the remaining period.
  • Report the matter to law enforcement where the law requires it.

We aim to warn first where it is safe and sensible to do so. For anything involving child safety, an attack on the service, or a threat to other users, we act immediately.

8. Reporting a problem

To report misuse, a security issue, or a copyright concern, use the contact page, or email support@milashatv.com. Tell us what you saw and where, and we will look into it. We answer Monday to Friday, 10am–4pm PST.

9. Changes

We may update this policy as the service changes. Material changes will be announced on the site before they take effect, and continuing to use the player after that means you accept them.

Billing, plainly. Each payment buys 30 days for your personal use. Nothing renews, no card is stored, and there is nothing to cancel - when the 30 days run out the player stops and your playlists and settings stay where they are until you buy another period. Every plan includes one device. Additional devices are $3.50 for 30 days each, up to 3 in total, and each runs on its own clock. The 72-hour trial places a hold on your card and collects it at the end unless you cancel first. Every payment gets an emailed receipt.
